Our commercial architecture projects are highly varied, from small, bespoke retail units in the heart of Durham, to huge warehouses and industrial facilities of well-known companies. Here is where form meets function, showcasing our ability to effectively deliver our Client’s specific needs, as well as produce visually appealing architecture in a commercial setting.
For the first 10 years of trade, we held a strong niche in the retail sector of the construction industry, delivering a number of major construction projects for national retailers including B&Q and Halfords. We have since developed strong relationships with key commercial Clients and continue to carry out commercial work throughout the Country.

Some of our most notable Commercial projects are: Foyle Street Sunderland, ATS Euromaster, The Body Shop, Decathlon HQ, Middlefields Recycling Centre and Simpson Street School.

We have been building consultants for the vehicle maintenance brand ATS Euromaster since 2010, and have provided Architectural, Structural, Civil and Project Management to their centres nationwide.

We are also the building consultants for The Body Shop. Over the years we have provided Architectural, Structural Engineering and Project Management services to the beauty and skincare brand to their stores UK wide.
