Would you like to join the BDN team? We are recruiting for an experienced Design Manager / Project Administrator to join our expanding design team.
We are looking for candidates that have 5 years post-graduate experience in multi-discipline design coordination and project administration within the domestic and commercial sectors.
The desired skillset will include:
• Multi-disciplined knowledge across Architecture, Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering.
• Design Coordination
• Contract Management
• Project administration from project inception to construction/handover.
We would welcome an individual from a design and construction background with chartered status, or someone actively pursuing chartership.
The full-time role will be based in our Sunderland Office.
